Al-Fuhais
The city of Fuheis is located within the Jordanian Balqa Governorate. It is bordered to the north by Sweileh and Safut, to the south by Mahis and Wadi Shuaib, to the east by Amman, and to the west by Salt. It is located in the middle of the cities of Amman and Salt, and is less than 13 km away from the two cities. The city of Fuheis is located at varying altitudes between 700 meters to 1,100 meters from sea level. It is no more than 40 minutes away from the lowest point in the world under the sea. This change in elevation gives it a unique climatic advantage. It makes its spring, summer and fall mild. Its winter is relatively cold, with heavy rain and snow falling often.
